"Tahmina is a very nice lady, very patient & calm so that makes her a very good yoga teacher. I am 61 years old and never thought I would be taking up yoga at 60 but it has benefited me already after just 3 months for sure. I have limited flexibility due to back issues so I do chair yoga but I am slowly getting to do some moves on the mat, I really enjoy the class and look forward to it every week. "

"The grief session was eye-opening and truly transformational. It helped me access memories that I was afraid to even think about. I feel like I am finally healing. Thank you."
-Afruza
"The part of the grief workshop I have enjoyed the most was the movement part and emotional release. Another thing I have learned is talking about grief and how it can be jumbled up and that it has many layers. I also liked the somatic movement of holding myself as a baby. Reminds me that we can help ourselves and heal with these somatic techniques. Thank you for the healing I had. "

"I joined yoga via the GP. I suffer from a lot of mental health illnesses and have physical conditions which hold me back from joining most classes. The yoga has been a huge benefit and has greatly reduced my depression and anxiety. It has improved the mobility in my back and legs too. It is beneficial in so many areas of my life, it is calming and very relaxed - no pressure from the teacher, we all have our own journey and she fully understands that. I am truly accented for who I am when I'm at yoga. "

"I would highly recommend and encourage yoga and mindfulness class. It's extremely therapeutic and helps me with my mental, emotional and physical health. I am a regular attendant for the past 11 months, I have got to meet new people, it has boosted my confidence and taught me many new skills, techniques to use that help to improve my emotional intelligence as well as my physical ability and self esteem."
