Menopause Yoga

Menopause is a major life transition—not just hormonal, but physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. At Breathe.Move.Heal CIC, we offer supportive menopause yoga and wellbeing practices to help women navigate this phase with greater ease, empowerment, and self-understanding.

Led by Tahmina Hakimova-Rees, a qualified Menopause Yoga Teacher (trained with Petra Coveney, founder of Menopause Yoga®), our sessions combine ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic tools to support you through the challenges—and gifts—of menopause.

What Is Menopause Yoga?

Menopause Yoga is a gentle, evidence-informed approach that blends:

  • Restorative and yin yoga
  • Breathwork and mindfulness
  • Guided meditation and visualisation
  • Education on the stages of menopause
  • Self-reflection, journaling, and group sharing (in workshops)

It’s designed to ease symptoms such as anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, brain fog, hot flushes, low mood, and emotional overwhelm. Most importantly, it creates space to reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your voice—without judgement.
