Breathe.Move.Heal CIC is a not-for-profit community interest company dedicated to improving mental health and quality of life across communities. We deliver holistic wellbeing services for children, adults, and organisations—offering targeted support during times of change, challenge, and healing.

We work at the intersection of mental health, trauma-informed care, and inclusive therapeutic practice, specialising in support for grief, emotional wellbeing, menopause and special needs.

Who We Support

· Adults Navigating Grief
We offer grief movement and support sessions for individuals experiencing loss, —offering tools for emotional balance, connection, and healing.

· Women who are going through Menopause - We support women through the physical, emotional, and mental changes of menopause with holistic approach of the Menopause yoga that promotes balance, empowerment, and self-care.

· Schools & Educators
We partner with schools to provide Special Yoga programs tailored for children with special educational needs, helping improve emotional regulation, behaviour, focus, and confidence in inclusive learning environments.

· Parents & Caregivers
We support parents of children with special needs by offering practical tools and therapeutic approaches that promote stress regulation, build resilience, and enhance mental health and overall wellbeing.

· Corporate Partners & Workplaces
We collaborate with organisations to design workplace wellbeing programs that support employee mental health, stress reduction, and work-life balance. Our offerings include bespoke yoga and mindfulness sessions, resilience training, and menopause support workshops.

· Funders & Donors
With the support of community-minded donors and organisations, we’re able to offer subsidised services and reach vulnerable individuals who would otherwise do not have access to our services. Your contribution helps us extend our impact where it’s needed most.
