Sound Bath

Vibrational healing for emotional release, deep rest, and nervous system balance.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a gentle, immersive experience where you rest comfortably while calming sounds and vibrations from instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes are played. The sounds help support relaxation, nervous-system regulation, and a sense of ease in the body and mind. There is nothing you need to do — simply rest and receive the sounds in a way that feels right for you.

What to Expect ?

The session begins with a brief arrival and orientation so you know what will happen and what choices are available to you. You may lie down or sit comfortably, with full permission to change position, move, open your eyes, or step outside at any time. The instruments are played mindfully, with attention to volume, pacing, and transitions. People experience sound baths in many ways — from deep rest to alert awareness — and all experiences are valid. The session closes slowly, with time to ground before leaving.

What to Bring:

  • A blanket for warmth, if you want;

  • Comfortable, warm clothing;

  • Water

You are welcome to bring anything that helps you feel safe and supported, such as an eye mask, a comfort object or a journal.

Trauma-Informed Care & Training

These sessions are facilitated by a trauma-informed practitioner Tahmina Hakimova-Rees, trained in holding safe, inclusive, and consent-led wellbeing spaces. Her approach is informed by trauma awareness, grief education, and nervous-system-led practice, with particular care given to sensory sensitivity, emotional safety, and individual choice. Support is available during and after the session if needed.
