Online movement and mindfulness sessions

Start your day on a right note with this online live Zoom Mindful Flow Sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind through gentle, yet powerful movement. Each session is crafted to guide you into a state of deep awareness, where breath and motion become one harmonious rhythm.

The session has a holistic approach to women's health, I use:

  • yoga

  • mindfulness techniques

  • traditional Chinese medicine - Qigong, tapping, accupressure points

  • breath work

  • meditation

  • somatic movements

  • sound bath at the end of each session.

In each session I teach about techniques and practices on how to regulate stress and anxiety.

In today’s fast-paced world, we often forget to pause and simply be present. These sessions offer a safe and nurturing space to slow down, release tension, and rediscover inner calmness.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Mindful Flow Sessions are accessible to everyone, you can even do these session on a chair. The focus is not on perfect poses, but on how you feel in each moment — grounded, balanced, and alive.

What you need: your comfy home + Zoom = perfect setup.
🧘🏻‍♀️ All levels are welcome. Your video can be on or off—totally your call.

This class is on donations basis, pay-what-you-can (because everyone deserves yoga and mindfulness session without pressure).

If you can't attend the live class, the replays or recording will be sent to your email.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download Zoom (super simple)

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.
