We warmly invite you to join us for a special Women’s Well-Being Gathering, hosted by Breathe.Move.Heal CIC, bringing together women from our local community for connection, inspiration and support.
This gathering is for all women — those who already attend our sessions, women living in the local area, mothers of children with special needs, and women who are navigating mental health challenges or simply wish to care for their well-being in a deeper way.
This event is a chance for us to come together, to listen, to share, and to shape the future of well-being support from Breathe.Move.Heal CIC in our community.
During the gathering we will:
Share a presentation about the work Breathe.Move.Heal CIC has been doing over the past year
Introduce our new programmes and services for women and families
Explore ways to support mental health, emotional wellbeing and self-care
Offer simple, practical techniques to support your mental and emotional health
Most importantly, listen to you — your experiences, your needs, and your ideas
This gathering will help us build our community roadmap and guide the activities and services we offer over the coming year.
You will also be able to enjoy:
Stalls from local community, small businesses offering natural, organic and handmade products
Short masterclasses and taster sessions from the stall holders
A welcoming space to meet other women, connect and feel supported
Light refreshments will be provided.
This is one of the first Women’s Well-Being Gatherings hosted by Breathe.Move.Heal CIC, and we plan to run these once every term (3-4 months). These gatherings will help ensure that everything we offer is shaped by the real voices, needs and experiences of women in our community.
You are warmly welcome if you are:
A woman living in the local community
A mother, including mothers of children with special needs
Experiencing stress, anxiety or mental health challenges
Interested in wellbeing, self-care and emotional support
Curious about what Breathe.Move.Heal CIC offers
Where: St.Paul's Way Center
When: January 30th from 10:00 - 12:30
This is a free event.
