Grief Cafe - Breathe.Grieve.Heal
WED MAR 11, 10 AM - 12 PM GMT (WED MAR 11, 10 AM - 12 PM GMT)

This monthly Grief Café is a gentle, compassionate and supportive space for women experiencing any kind of loss — past or present. Whether you’re grieving a death, a relationship, a version of yourself, health, identity, or something harder to name, you are welcome here.

We will gather in a safe, non-judgemental space where there’s no pressure to share — you can talk, listen, or simply be. Each session will include open conversation, breathwork, guided journaling, gentle reflection, and short grief-informed talks to help you better understand and tend to your grief.

This is not therapy and there’s no fixing or rushing — just space to be held, witnessed, and understood alongside other women who are going through their own losses.

Each session will have a topic and agenda will be send before the event.

About the facilitator:

Tahmina Hakimova-Rees will be facilitating the sessions, she is a certified grief educator and a grief movement guide. Tahmina supports women through grief using compassionate, body-aware approaches, drawing on her professional training and lived experience. Tahmina's work centres on creating spaces where grief is allowed, honoured, and met with care — not judgement or timelines.

You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to be “ready.”

Just come as you are.
